Our aim is to get your order processed and dispatched within one business day. Orders placed before 1:00pm will be processed the same day.
Personalised items will increase your delivery time by up to 4 working days, and your full order will be dispatched together (even non-personalised items), so make sure you order with plenty of time to spare!

Depending on your delivery address, your order will be shipped from either our UK (Lancashire), US (Wisconsin), Canada (Mississauga) or Australia (Sydney) warehouse.
Please refer to the shipping estimates at the checkout page for more information, and ensure that you're on the right website for your country.
For all UK orders we offer standard delivery with the Royal Mail and express with DPD. For any other country please refer to the correct website for wherever you are in the world!
We can only ship to residential addresses so, we do recommend only putting a residential address in the delivery section. We don't want your order to go missing in transit.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code so you can follow your order to it's new home.

If your order has already been dispatched, please contact us and also let contact the courier know that you need to update your address.
In the rare case you have an issue with delivery, please fill out the form on our contact us page. Our team will do all they can to help solve this problem for you.
We LOVE that you're thinking of choosing Dock & Bay for your gifting! We don't include the pricing on our packing slips within any orders, so you never need to worry about them knowing how generous you were (not that we're biased!).
We don't currently offer gift messages on any of our orders, but we're working on it!
