Reporting into the Head of Design, this is a great opportunity for a creative and detail oriented designer wanting to make a move into an integrated design role where your responsibilities will include both print and digital design as well as animation. You will have a varied portfolio showing a range of styles and formats from both professional and personal projects. Having a working understanding of the basics of print design and the print process will be fundamental, so you can work seamlessly alongside the Motion and Graphic Designers in the team, as well as the Head of Design.


Brand & Digital Copywriter

We’re looking for someone who’s got the gift of the gab when it comes to writing copy. We’re a playful brand and love showing that at every touchpoint our customer sees us. Whether it’s our website, Amazon pages, PPC copy, web banners, emails, social channels, paid social ads, product descriptions, etc… you name it. Everything Dock and Bay should feel fun, mischievous and playful at heart, and this Brand and Digital Copywriter is central to setting our tone of voice.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, this role is a key member of the Marketing team, responsible for leading digital marketing, and temporarily brand marketing (across the next year to cover Maternity) for Dock and Bay, including the management of 3/4 direct reports (and growing) within a marketing team of 5.
